The Service provides an exponential auction wall where users can purchase advertising spots. Each spot costs double the price of the previous one, creating a unique digital space where value grows exponentially with every contribution.

All contributions are final and non-refundable. Your message will be permanently displayed on the wall, with its size, position, and prominence reflecting your contribution level. Early contributors benefit from more visibility at lower prices.

For users selecting the rainbow effect: Please note that the colors shown during checkout are for preview purposes only. The actual rainbow effect is dynamically generated and will change with every page refresh. Each letter gets randomly assigned a color from our curated palette, creating a unique appearance each time the page loads. You cannot select or guarantee specific colors, as this randomization is an intentional feature of the rainbow effect.

The Service includes features such as:

• Permanent display of your message on the wall
• Top position display for the most recent contribution (your message becomes the hero text until the next contribution)
• Custom styling options including rainbow text effects (each letter gets a randomly assigned color from a curated palette, creating a vibrant and unique appearance that changes on every page load)
• Secure payment processing through established providers

Users are welcome to promote their websites, products, services, brands, and social media pages. However, all content must comply with our guidelines and must not be illegal, offensive, or violate third-party rights.

The following content is strictly forbidden and will be removed immediately without prior notice:

• Hate speech, discriminatory content, harassment, or any content promoting harm to others
• Explicit, adult, or NSFW content that violates consent or ethics
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization or permission
• Malicious code, harmful links, security threats, or content intended to cause damage
• Spam, scams, deceptive content, or misleading information
• Personal information or data shared without explicit consent
• Content promoting illegal activities or unethical behavior

While we encourage promotional content, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice or refund. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers Stripe. By making a payment, you warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use the payment method
• The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
• You understand and agree that all sales are final

While content is displayed immediately upon purchase, we offer a 14-day refund period during which you may request reimbursement for your payment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also modify these terms with or without notice. Continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Major changes will be notified via email. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

"Double it show it" was created and is administered by Guillaume Bonnet. The website and its services are operated as a personal project. The administrator reserves all rights to make decisions regarding the operation, maintenance, and future development of the service.

The administrator may delegate certain responsibilities to trusted individuals or services but remains the primary decision maker for all aspects of the service.
